Jessup's notorious maximum security prison comes talk about what to do with Oak Hill Youth Center in Fort Meade, across Route 32 from the NSA. A detention center for youth offenders from DC, the District is under court order to shut it down by 2009 because of chronic problems with overcrowding, escapes and the like.
