Barbara Russell, one of a group of residents who oppose the store, said they are considering pursuing legal action to block it.

We need a pharmacy! And we need that corner to be viable and not a sad empty lot.
Oakland Mills residents have been asking for a pharmacy for years, and now Barbara Russell and her vocal minority cronies want to stop it. Enough is enough.
