WOW - Much can be said and learned from this!
And those pesky youth of today, who would have guessed that the youth would come up with an idea, (and follow through!) that can help bridge the generational, gender, and racial barriers. From this snapshot in time and place, where does the problem sit? I bet a generational guru would have something to say about this – hmmm.
With the symbols of community in the video – which can be equated to the “V” word – has the youth’s voice or opinion been sought after in the redevelopment of Town Center and the Village Centers? I would assume that Erikson (retirement community genius) is happy with the number of retirees looking for housing over the next 20-30 years, but it is the youth of today that will be at the helm by then.
